No markers appearing

    I have set up multiple markers on the map in the backend, but none are displaying on the frontend. I have used this plugin on multiple other sites without issue but on this site nothing appears. I am using Openlayers for the map.

    Thank you for getting in touch, we do appreciate your time. I had a look at the site and it appears another plugin or theme file is extending the JavaScript array object in a non standard way.

    This is something we log warnings about in the developer console, when it occurs. Here’s an example of that warning:

    • The Array object has been extended incorrectly by your theme or another plugin. This can cause issues with functionality.

    When this happens, the plugin may begin to behave unexpectedly as it attempts to place markers. I believe this is the case on this site.

    Could I ask you to open a support ticket here: https://www.wpgmaps.com/contact-us/ – So that we can discuss some debugging options with you. We should be able to help you find the cause and offer a few solutions depending on what plugin/theme file is causing the issue.
