I can’t perform Filtering because I am getting this failure. However, with the same equation, I am able to do filtering in WP All Import Sandbox.

Can I know what is the reason causing it? Is it due to hosting settings?

    Hi @brianhwang,

Please ask your web host to ensure that your server is running the newest version of libxml.

If that doesn’t help, try enabling the Stream Reader option via All Import ? Settings: https://d.pr/i/8XyAX, then test the filter again.

Let me know how it goes.

    Hey @brianhwang,

I’m marking this as resolved since we haven’t heard back from you. Please open a new topic if you still have questions.

@pasxalis, please open a support request at https://www.wpallimport.com/support/ with a copy of your import file and an explanation of the filter you’re trying to apply.
