No media images being deleted

The deleted woocommerce products have not had their images deleted – we now have 7,409 items in the media library – the plug is activated and we are concerned it is not working correctly

The WC products are permanently deleted

Please can you provide us with an email or way of setting up a secure screenshare to resolve this issue
