No Menu on Translated Pages

Menus do not show up on translated pages, just an empty bar with no content. Is this something I have to edit myself?
I am using PageLines theme. Website is https://www.sandiegocoastalhomestays.com.
Also getting 404 errors when using translate widget, once I click on the home link on the 404 page then home page comes up translated but no menu to continue on to other pages.
