No menu tab in Dashboard>Appearance

  • Hi,

    I installed the following plugins:
    – Elementor
    – Elementor Header & Footer Builder
    – Jeg Elementor Kit
    – MetForm
    – Template Kit Import

    With the ‘Template Kit Import’ I imported a theme frome Envato/Themeforest.
    I created a footer and a header with the Elementor Header & Footer Builder.
    I build my first page ‘Home’ and put the header, footer en template in it with a widget.

    Now I want to create more pages and make a menu. But the ‘Menu tab’ in Appearance is gone. Can someone help me with this?

    That theme or one of the plugins is the likely cause. Determine which by deactivating all plugins and switching to Twenty Twenty-one theme. Menu tab should be available again. Restore your normal theme and plugins, one at a time, until the menu tab again disappears. The last activated module is the cause. Take up the issue in their dedicated support channel.

    As a possible work around, can you access the menu editing UI in the customizer? (Appearance > Customize > Menus)
