Yes, I am using the WP Super Cache, but it is set up according to your documentation. And even if I disable it, the redirect doesn’t work.

Can you please enable “Mobile Device Support” in WordPress Admin Area>Settings>WP Super Cache>Click the Advanced tab. And check once whether having the same issue or not by clearing the cache. Then do let us know.
