No more “canned replies?”? Why?

Canned reply is part of premium feature. Please check premium add-on page to know more.

Signing up for a free subscription gives access to 4 add-ons, one of which is canned reply. Works fine. I am not part of the plugin team.

So effectively I CAN continue using the “Canned Reply” feature with the free plugin version (with a free account subscription)?

Yes, I have just done so. Seems to work fine.
