    Hi!

I have this form created a while ago with conditional logic and now I need to change one one condition but I no longer can find the condition option! Seems there was an update…isn’t this available anymore?

    Thank you.

    Hi!

I’m using 3.1.6. but is it me or it is different than when I firstly installed it??

Hi there, thanks for getting back to me. You can locate the Conditional Logic section within the “Rules” tab near the top of the page when editing your forms.

    Thanks!

    Bah, silly me. Thank you.

Buuut, for some reason, each time I try to save the new rule it disapears..what should I do?

No problem, glad I could help. It sounds like you are using the Pro version, if you want, go ahead and open a ticket(URL Below), and I can take a look at what might be happening. Just provide your WordPress login details within the ticket.

    Hi jcpcosta

I also observed this kind of Ajax bug (never corrected since the first v3). You will unfortunately need to adapt your form creation workflow.

Apparently only the last entered rule is correctly edited and saved.
my recommendations is to save after each modification step.
Add rules at the end, not in the middle (those won’t be correctly saved).
Delete if necessary the entire rule set, and recreate it.

    hope this help
    regards
    B
