no more html tag proceessing in subtitle in version 0.3.1

    Version 0.3.0 of hatch theme processes html tags in site subtitle (it doesn’t in site title).
    The new version 0.3.1 doesn’t process html tags in subtitle any more.

    (I use e.g. <font …></font>)

    Any suggestions to get both working – or at least get it back working again in subtitle?
