No more requests

  • Hello since your new updated system with the new style V9 i get no more chat requests… We use to get hundreds per day.

    we have released today a new version (9.0.17) with new user interface for the plugin’s main functionalities, and we highly recommend you to update your installation. Of course visitor’s engagement to live chat is one of our major targets so if you continue to observe the described drop in chat requests you are able at any time to use our old version which maybe is more close to your’s site theme.
