no muestra descripcion los ligthbox

Hi,

We checked your galleries but seems like the lightbox has been turned off. However, could you please try the following?

Go to Photo Gallery Options > Lightbox Defaults tab and check whether Show image info is enabled. In addition, you can turn on Display info by default setting to have the description showing directly when the lightbox is loaded.

If this doesn’t help, please re-enable image lightbox and let us know. We will check your galleries and see why the description doesn’t display.

Please note that you can enable the Description of the Gallery from the shortcode, click on the shortcode > Gallery > Show gallery description. Please check the following record.

However, if you mean a description of the images, unfortunately, there is not such a functionality to display them.

Hi,

Please note, that the option you have enabled controls the gallery description, rather than the image description.

The free version does not have the functionality to display the image description with the Thumbnails display. You can try Image Browser layout which has this option.

However, the Masonry view of the Premium version does have this feature. For questions regarding the paid version, please email us at [email protected].
