    Hello, I need a little help.
    I am using the 10web photo gallery plugin on my WordPress site.

    I cannot seem to get the little navigation arrows to appear when a user clicks on an image, but only on my live site!

    Before setting up a live site, I built a test-site on my computer, and it worked exactly as I wanted it to.

    For the live site, I had the host company install the following components:

    – LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, WordPress, and PhP – which is how I built my “test-site”)
    – Web10Gallery plugin

    I don’t understand why the two sites are behaving differently because the test-site and the live site are set up exactly the same way – zero differences. I don’t get it…

    I have tried many things, and cannot make any progress. I suspect that my live site is missing some necessary component. That is just a guess… I am not a programmer, and I’m trying to do this using only plugins
    – specifically: only one plugin (10web photo gallery)
    – it’s a very basic site!
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks a lot for your question,

    Could you please enter your WP Admin, go to Photo Gallery -> Global Settings and check if the Image click action setting is set to Open lightbox,

    I checked, and: Yes,
    the Image click action setting is set to Open lightbox, (and it has been all along).
    What should I look at next?

    Many apologies for the belated reply,
    Could you also please ensure that when inserting the gallery to your page it is either set to “default options” (see screenshot) or if you are using custom options for that gallery widget “action on image click” tab is configured accordingly (see screenshot)
