    hi
    after upgrading to wp 3.8 this problems happend. from any url i redirect to wp-admin/upgrade.php?_wp_http_referer=%2Fwp-admin%2F and it say something like this :
    no need to update , you’r datavase is already updated !

    i can’t pass this page…

    i can’t go to admin… pls help …

    Try:

    – flushing your browser cache and deleting cookies.

    – resetting the plugins folder by using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder from a fresh download of WordPress. by using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides. You may need to delete the wp-admin and wp-includes folders first on your server. Read the Manual Update first.

    – re-running the upgrade via wp-admin/upgrade.php

    but don’t need these steps. i just told to hosting and they solved this problem. i think this was a cache problem that they cleared.
