No new data in feed

Hi Cedric,

It does indeed seem like your feed updating is not working correctly.

1. Are you sure your host is not using something like (Redis) object caching? The issue you describe does sound like a typical caching issue.
2. Did you perhaps disable your WP-cron causing the feeds not to update?
3. Can you check the WooCommerce fatal error logs of the last couple of days to see if there is something in there that might explain why your feeds are not properly updating. This is where you can find those logs: https://woo.com/nl/document/finding-php-error-logs/

1. Yes, I’m sure and we run multiple websites with your plugin on the same server. Others are working just fine.

The error log indicates there is something wrong with the delimiter you have chosen for your CSV feed. Did you make sure to select one from the drop-down and is it still selected when you check your feed configuration?

Yes, it’s set to ‘Daily’ and when I open the settings it’s also selected.
Tried to change it for troubleshooting to ‘Hourly’, but this made no difference.
