    @ldoone88:
    Thanks for your feedback and report!

    This sounds strange to me, I have this running on about 50 sites, including multisite…

    Mmh, toolbar is active in your install? Is at least the “Genesis” item visible in the toolbar? You also have to be administrator to see all settings items and must have also Genesis settings menus activated in your USER PROFILE settings.

    If that’s still not working I could offer to have a look into your backend if you want that. My contact is: https://genesisthemes.de/en/contact/

    Hope that helps for the moment.
    -Thanks, Dave.

    Hi, there,

    Same problem here. I have WP 3.5.1, Genesis with Child theme Prose.

    I tried installing directly from the Plugin section, uploading the .zip file. Activated and deactivated and removed and installed it again with no luck. ??

    @jorgegallego
    I cannot reproduce this behavior so far…

    In your user profile settings in WP, toolbar is active and Genesis admin settings are activated, too, right?

    Is it possible to give me admin access to your backend with a test account so I can have a look myself?

    I’d like to have this solved!

    Thanks, Dave ??

    Hi, David,

    Thanks for your quick response. The problem is solved.
    I saw the Genesis Toolbar Menu on the TOP after I installed a couple of additional plug-ins. Based on the screenshots of the plug-in I was expecting to see it on the LEFT, so it is possible that I didn’t notice it on the top initially. I saw it after installing bbPress.
    So, right now I have two Genesis menus: one on the LEFT, the original one, and another one on TOP, with many other options. The menus, however, seem different to the ones in the screenshots (for example, I was very interested in the favicon uploader but I don’t have that option).

    Best regards,

    Jorge

    Hi Jorge!

    Thanks for your feedback, I am glad, it works for you now and you noticed all stuff! ??

    My plugin placed these menu items on the top: it includes all default Genesis settings menus, plus child theme stuff, plus third-party stuff, plus help resources. So it must be more then… ??

    The Favicon Uploader is a third-party community plugin (as is my toolbar plugin), you can find it here: https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/genesis-favicon-uploader/
    —> once installed it will appear in my toolbar menu as in the screenshots ??

    The difference in the screenshots comes from the many updates that I released after originally taking the packaged screenshots. Good reminder from you to finally update them a bit… ??

    Thanks, Dave ??
