You can’t do it that way. CLick on ‘Edit’ for the user (not the checkbox, the link) and on that page, check ” Grant this user super admin privileges for the Network.”

i think i do in the right way and it doesn’t work

then, below some user i click edit menu like this

but no role selection on grant message appears

There no ROLE SELECTION on that page. There is ONLY a checkbox for “Grant this user super admin privileges for the Network.”

And if you’re not seeing it, you have a conflict with a theme or plugin. Turn them off.
