NO New User Emails they stopped

  • HELP HELP
    My installation has stopped sending all emails very suddenly I made no alteration to any thing all was working fine then BAM all stop any ideas please.
    i am running affiliate pro plus plugin as a means of tracking user registrations along with standard new user sign up form
