No newline when printing table

    Hi Tobias
    I have a table in which the data in a single cell is in two lines (I simply use the <enter> key at the end of the first line:

    First class
    Second class

    This displays correctly in the table. However, when using datatables extension (print, pdf or excel) the contents of this cell appear in one line:

    First class Second class

    Do you think it is possible to avoid this? One solution would involve combining cells in a column, but then the datatables extension is not available.

    Hi,

    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

    I see what you mean, but unfortunately don’t know a solution to this ?? From what I can, the external JavaScript library simply extracts the text from the cell when placing it in the PDF, without any formatting ??
