‘No News’ WordPress Theme

    Is anyone aware of a nice clean basic wordpress theme for a site that doesnt require any news postings. Basically I want to use wordpress as a CMS for static pages.
    Ideally it would just be the list of pages at the top and then a content area.

  • I pretty much use WP as a CMS for my current website for static pages and use the posting functionality to post notices on Site Updates which I don’t show on my main page.

    It is quite possible to customize a theme to do what I am doing, but I don’t personally know of any themes that are page-friendly only that feature static content vs the posted content.

    Try Googling for page only WordPress themes and see what kind of results you get?

    You just might have to customize a theme for yourself.

    I’ll post again if I find anything.
