• I had some issues with support when first purchasing the plugin. However, , the team has proven me wrong and has gone out of its way to help me resolve the issue I was having.

    We are really surprised by your review. You purchased the plugin once, asked for a refund and we provided it. Then you bought the plugin again letting us know that, despite the issue you found, it was the best of his class in your opinion. You reported us the issue and we resolved it promptly and accurately. You validated the fix yourself! And we even applied it on your staging site before releasing the update with the patch so you don’t had to wait for it. So yes, very surprised and sad by your words.

    By the way, good old John is not the owner. Nor he went silent at all.
