  • Our developers have discovered an issue when using version 6.6 or later of WordPress that is causing the problem. They have an update to the WP Job Manager plugin, which will address the issue. I don’t have an exact timeline for a release, but you can keep an eye out for that update to resolve the issue. ??

    Hi @folmolen,

We have a fix underway here: https://github.com/Automattic/WP-Job-Manager/pull/2835

Which will be included in the next version of WP Job Manager core plugin release.

I’ll go ahead and close this thread.

Sorry but to clarify on the timelines and version this fix might be in, I assume it will be a release after 2.4? Hard to see when 2.4 came out relative to this query but issue still seems in 2.4 Thanks

@dubaidogfish the fix that we referenced was included in the 2.4.0 update. Could you share with us a bit more about what you’re seeing on your end?

Also, can you confirm whether you’ve done a conflict test? This can be done by temporarily switching to a default theme and disabling all non-essential plugins. You can then re-enable each plugin one-by-one and test in between.

Thanks Mike, I will see if I can set up a staging site and do the tests. All job postings show zero impressions and views in admin everything in the popup shows zero too, yet your older free Statistics plugin you have is still working fine and shows the numbers of visits and contacts clicks as usual and Google analytics shows the visits to the URL.

Also the autoscaling of the old Statistics plugin looks much better for low counts than the dashes at the bottom of the graph I’ve seen in images of your views graph. If the new integrated stats picked up the data as the old Stats plugin still does I guess this issue wouldn’t be occurring. There are no console errors to indicate any issues and everything is updated.

Thank you @dubaidogfish ! Do let us know how the tests go for you
