    Hi,

I like the gutenberg editor a lot and am happy with most of the changes. I do like the full screen modus, to offer more real estate, but I don’t use it that often since I miss easy accessible ways to exit the editor in that modus (except directly after I save when the view post is shortly displayed).

Normally when the toolbar is visible, it displays a “view post” option that brings me to the frontend in the same browser tab and I could use the menu to go back to the post list, but those are not shown in full modus.

I know I can click the wordpress logo in the left top corner to go to the list, but that is not a very intuitive icon for that, also since the icon is used in the admin toolbar to go to items like “about wordpress”. That icon has no intuitive association with a post list.

Also I know a popup appears directly after the post is saved, but often I’m not even fast enough to use it on a trouchpad, and I don’t always save the document I open and still want to go back to the frontend.

The preview opens a new tab and leaves the editor open and there it when one doesn’t want a preview, but go back to the frontend, that is not obvious too, and one has first to open the submenu and then click on the option to open the preview in a new tab, to even perform that action, while going back to the frontend would normally be a single click.

It are simple things, but it makes the full modus a lot less attractive for me and non-experienced users. Pleas consider make some changes for this. Having easy and obvious exits out of the editor may show important for usability.

    Thanks.
