Our feedzy pages were working normally before but since a few weeks ago now no og:image is being rendered.

The featured image is displaying correctly inside the editor so the image is being imported correctly, since it is appearing in the menu page: https://8v.com/info/crypto-news/

but when published as a post no og:image tag can be found in the rendered html. this has retroactively affected all previous news posts they all have no og:image. has anyone had this problem before is it caused by a conflict with yoast?

    thank you

  • Hi, are you still having issue?

    Hi @david8v,

    Thank you for contacting us!

To troubleshoot the conflict, I recommend deactivating all the plugins, switching to a default WordPress theme and then activating Feedzy. You can do that using Health Check plugin’s troubleshoot mode, so there won’t be any effect to the users of the website.

If the issue persists, please send some screenshots with one problematic post in edit mode so we can better understand what’s happening.

    Best regards,

    Irinel
