No one backup in 5 months, impossible to remove credit card!

  • Using for 5 months, paid monthly and only by chance I knew that my backups were not done. For an unknown reason the pligin was desactivated since the beggining.

    There were only notifications for the payments and no one notifications that no one backup was done!!! Unbelievable. Now I can not remove my credit card. There is a message “to settle up the payments” but no payments are available. In other words I’m unable to remove my credit card and stop using it! Thiefs!

    I am sorry to hear about your problem. I assume that you just turned on the backup addon, but deactivated the plugin, which is essential for backups to be performed.
