I am using the filter everything on WooCommerce with Advanced Custom Filters and Categories. The app isn’t filtering. When a filter criteria is selected i get the error “No one Filter Set is related to this page. You can configure it in the Filter Set -> “Where to filter?” field” – THAT COULD NOT BE FOUND. I have applied the Filter set to the right pages, The filters display fine in the sidebar, but when i’e checkbox (Category, Stock available or price slider) is selected it doesn’t filter.

    Hi @snrh

If you are using the PRO plugin please follow this guide – https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/important-pro-version-support/

The PRO support is in the comments section where you purchased the plugin. Please write your request there and we’ll provide you with the support.

And what do you mean by “I can’t get to the PRO Support”?

Here support only for the Free version. But it looks like the issue here is that you are using only numbers for category, add a letter and it should work.

    Best Regards – Victor
