No option for new listing email

    Dear,

    First of all, thank you for the great plugin. It has a wide range of extensive features and we are looking to purchase extensions later down the road.

    My question/issue is regarding the emails. There is an option to write an email template for “FOR NEW LISTING” but under the “Email General” it is not possible to select this template to be send out to the Admin or Listing Owner. Am I doing something wrong here or is it not supposed to be there?

  • Hello Yannick,
    This template is to notify the listing owner when a listing is submitted. You also have to select from the Email General like this screenshot https://prnt.sc/otg6cj. But, we haven’t added anything to customize the Admin templates.

    The “New Listing Submitted” is selected. https://prnt.sc/otyy0s
    Unfortunately there is no mail send out to the Admin nor to the Listing Owner.

    The plugin is not submitting the new listing.

    Do you have an idea what it could be?

    It seems that there is a conflict with another plugin. Please try deactivating other plugins to find the conflicted one.
