No option to export and dropdown menus no longer work

    Thanks for this plug in I think it will be really useful!
    There are however two bugs that stop me using it.

    1)The option to export the customer data does not appear.

    2)When the plugin is activated none of the woo commerce dropdown menus on the edit product page work. So with this plug in active I cannot, for example, edit the stock level.

    I look forward to being able to use this plugin

    Hi @londonlm,

    Glad you like the plugin. Your problems seem to be javascript compatibility issues.

    1 – Do you have any errors in your console? If so, can you paste them here?
    2 – Have you tried deactivating all plugins except for my plugin and WooCommerce?

    Hey there sorry about the delay.

    Turning off all plugins except yours and Woo Commerce had no effect.
    I will post the console here

    can you try switching the theme to a wordpress default theme such as twenty seventeen?

    Can you go in the plugin settings and re-save the settings?

    If that doesn’t work, please update to the new version of the plugin that I released a few minutes ago and click on the “reset column order” button

    Re saving the settings seems to have worked. The product description tab now opens and I can see the options to export the data. Thank you!
    Should I still update to the new version?

    Same problem here, no export buttons. I have tried saving de setting and update to the latest version and sadly no success.

    WP: 4.8.1
    Theme: Avada 5.0.6

    Hi @masfernandez

    Can you please try all of these steps and try again after each step to see which one fixes the issue? Make sure you backup your database before trying these,

    1 – Save plugin settings
    2 – Press on “reset column order” button (if you can see it in the product page)
    3 – Delete and reinstall my plugin
    4 – Disable all plugins except for woocommerce and my plugin.
    4 – Switch your theme to Twenty Seventeen
