No option to install theme

  • Hey, friends.

    I’m trying to build my www.ads-software.com site but I can’t seem to do so without being redirected to the WordPress.com site. I’m trying to upload a theme in www.ads-software.com but I’m unable to. I have to “add theme” option in my appearances section.

    Does anyone have any advice for someone just learning the ropes?
