No option to use https on select pages only

I know this plugin used to have the option to allow only select pages to have https and it even mentions this in the documentation. However, when I go to Settings > HTTPS Redirection in my admin, I only see the two checkbox options with no secondary options (both when unchecked and checked).

Meaning, I see the first checkbox option then this message “You can apply a force HTTPS redirection on your entire domain or just a few pages.” and then under that the radio button to apply to “the whole domain” or “a few pages” no longer exists. Again, it does not appear regardless if I have the box checked or unchecked. Please advise.
