No Options After CSV File is Uploaded

    Hi there,

    Congratulations for the plugin and all your hard work. We have installed the plugin on our website and we have IonCube Loader, PDO and Curl enabled on the server. In addition, auto_prepend_file and auto_append_file are set to none.

    After we upload one of your sample .csv files and click “Next”, the next step of the wizard (“Map CSV to WP fields/attributes”) shows the “Import Data Configuration” screen empty, without any options to map the fields or to continue with the process. Basically, there is nothing else we can do when we reach that step.

    We are using WordPress 4.0 and none of the few other plugins seem to be causing the problem.

    Any ideas?

    This may be because of permission issue, check and ensure that CSV upload folder etc., is with write permission. If this is not the issue kindly add a screenshot for better understanding.

    Thanks. Can you kindly confirm what the exact folder that requires write permissions is (the entire plugin folder?) and its path? I couldn’t find the CSV upload folder inside the plugin folders.

    Also, by write permissions, do you mean 777?

    In your wordpress instance the uploads folder location is yourwordpressrootfolder/wp-content/uploads. Kindly provide write permission(777) for ultimate_importer directory in your uploads folder. Then only our importer will do further process with your uploaded file.
