No options for legal pages?

    Hi, just purchased premium ***********Order #101551 ***********

    now what i am not undertanding is why i need to install 2 plugins
    1rst – for the actual plug in ?
    2nd – for activating the API key for premium version?

    also, This purchase was to have all pages made automatically so my time would be invested in other affairs for the site….now i see i dont have any options like mentioned and advertised…25 legal pages that are ready to go?? where and how does one gain access to that…i just made the refund page and am now ooking to make the facebook one as per advertised on your page…how ever i do not see any of that. only 4 templates offered…and all are being used… help or refund will be in deed what will proceed…Thank you

    i dont want to use 2 plugins to make one affair happen. doesn’t add up to me …whats the solution here …must be missing something

    I will put the money toward a plugin that has actual support and that functions as advertised.

    As per your questions, you need to install both the plugins (free version+pro version) as the main functionality of the plugin is supplied through the free plugin whereas the pro version is used to activate premium and unlock additional templates, pages, age verification popup, etc. Hence, you will need to install both the plugins to compliment each others functionality.

    Secondly, WP Legal Pages pro provides you with 25+ templates to easily customise your privacy policy pages. The templates are designed to take minimal details from you and give you a customised copy of the desired policy page. To access the templates all you need to do is, from your WordPress Dashboard>>Select ‘Legal Pages’>>Select ‘Create Page’>>Select desired template from ‘Choose Template’ sidebar>>customise to include your business details>>publish.

    I asked for refund and still have not received it.
    I said clearly that the plugin is not useful for m,e and did not work in any shape form or way on my site. for wtv that reason is…its too bad. I don’t have patients for that anymore. Need to move on and keep building …now STOP RE-ASKING ME IF YOU CAN HELP OR ASSIST FURTHER…if I clearly asked for a REFUND !!!!!!!!!!!

    lets get that done for me asap! I waited loing enough…also, i have not time to keeop chasing you…GET IT DONE. I wont ask again…next step….will be to make sure everyone knows how unsatisfied I am with the service from this company. Just Refund me its easy.

    Hi Tino,

    There seems to be confusion here. We had already replied to your refund request on the support ticket you raised (Ticket id#7956) promptly on the same day you raised the request.

    As mentioned in the support ticket your refund has already been initiated and it will be credited to your account within 3-5 business days. Hence, the support thread was closed and marked as resolved.

    Request you to please check the support ticket for the update.
