    Hey Rob,

    Thanks for checking out the plugin. If you are going to use the API, make sure that you’ve gone through the entire process for creating a web form for a list. It should then show up.

    As for the copy/paste option, just tested and it works fine on our end. Did you do the process shown here?: https://www.magicactionbox.com/how-use-magic-action-box-with-any-email-marketing-service/

    There is a form for each list I have, created in the same way that you show on your video. However when I select copy&paste the section to paste the code into does not appear. Also no list selection appears if I use aweber.

    Hmmm.. That is really odd. Can you shoot us an email at [email protected] and we can take a look at your set up and see why the API is messing up.

    Regarding the copy paste, sounds like a browser issue. Can you try a different browser?

    Hi Rob,

    For the aweber api option, you will have to enter your Aweber authorization code. This is found under Magic Action Box Settings -> Main Settings -> Accounts Tab.

    Once you have done that, you can go to your action box edit screen and select Aweber from the Mailing List Provider dropdown and your lists should appear from the List dropdown select box – click Update List button if it doesn’t.

    For the Copy & Paste option issue and why the text box to paste the code in is not appearing, that could be another issue and you may have to open a support ticket at https://prosulum.zendesk.com so we can help you better.

    I’ve just tested the Lite version and everything looks in place. So, if the text box still does not appear, do shoot us an email at [email protected] or visit our support site at https://prosulum.zendesk.com

    I sent an email to the help support email you gave. I have already done the authorization for aweber and still no lists. I think the two problems maybe related in some way.
