No Options in Profile for Posts or Profile for Dashboards

    I am in my Dashboard and trying to authenticate however there are no ‘profiles’ to select. I have ensured that the UA and GA4 properties are set up in GA but still nothing in Analitify

  • Hello,

    You won’t see GA4 properties, but you should be able to see your UA properties. Have you made sure that you are using the correct the Google account to authenticate?

    If you are using any custom API keys, you should disabled them and try to authenticate again.

    If this does not helps, please send your diagnostic log at [email protected] so a developer can check what the issue is.
