• Your plugin has worked very well for the most part for a long time. Recently with an update the complete order button no longer displays on the review-order page when you’re returned by PayPal to the website. It also does not update the total when you change shipping options. Is this a plugin issue or website issue?

    Which version are you currently running on? That sounds like something we had reported in the initial 1.4.0 but we got it fixed with 1.4.x updates.

    Did you make sure to clear out any caching / CDN services after applying the update?

    It sounds like you have a jQuery conflict happening on your site. Are you familiar with Firebug / Chrome Console? You could use that to check for jQuery errors loading the page.

    The fact that the shipping isn’t updating when you change options tells me there’s a conflict because that’s triggered by jQuery.

    Thanks, it appears to be working now however I am getting some errors for customer orders.

    PayPal SetExpressCheckout API call failed
    Detailed Error Message: The field Shipping Address1 is required
    Short Error Message: Shipping Address1 Empty
    Error Code: 10727
    Error Severity Code: Error

    Please update manually to the release branch on GitHub and let me know if that helps. I believe we have resolved this issue there, and it will be included in the 1.4.5 update coming soon, but you can grab it early with that link.

    So it appears this is being caused when someone doesn’t have an account on the website and as such no address information is being passed along. I will try the release branch, manual update is replacing files?

    I’m sorry for the delay responding. Yes, manually update and replace the existing plugin files. Then clear any caching / CDN tools you might have in place and see if that helps. Thanks!

    Our Dev updated it but we’re now having issues with direct payments going directly to on-hold or being duplicated.

    Hmmm…okay. Are you referring to Payments Pro or REST Credit Cards or what exactly?

    Yes 1.4.4 is what I have right now. We had significant issues with the last version you linked to above.
