• Your plugin has worked very well for the most part for a long time. Recently with an update the complete order button no longer displays on the review-order page when you’re returned by PayPal to the website. It also does not update the total when you change shipping options. Is this a plugin issue or website issue?

    We’ve been running lots of tests on the release branch and we have not had any issues with it. We also have others reporting it’s working well for them, so I’m not sure what issues you would have been running into other than something unique (plugin/theme conflict) on your site that would have to looked at directly, or we would at least need more details about what exactly isn’t working. Can you setup a staging copy of your site that we could run tests from? There are plugins that will help you do this, or your host may be able to help you with that if you don’t already have one.

    We are on the standard release and the issue is that when someone tries to checkout using PayPal Express checkout without an account on our website it will continually return them to the cart page after entering their information on PayPal.

    Per our in-house testing this is resolved and is included in the 1.4.5 update which is release can you please update it to the latest version 1.4.5 and perform the testing and let me know it works for you or not. Thanks

    Just updated and tested, same thing it takes me to the cart page instead of the review order or checkout page. It also is not passing the shipping address to the website and is displaying “There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.”

    It sounds like you must have some general configuration problems or some sort of a conflict with another plugin or the theme. Please submit a ticket here so we can work more directly with you on this. It would be good if you can setup a staging copy of your site [redacted] so we can troubleshoot directly.

    @angelleye – I’ve removed your request for the user’s logon credentials. I am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials on these forums.

    It is OK to ask them to file a ticket on your site and, once there, whatever happens is between the two of you. However, it is not OK to mention here that they should enter or send their site credentials. It’s a fine line, but one that we need to enforce. Thanks for your cooperation.

    @bdbrown, okay, thanks. sorry about that. I’ve probably got that floating around in some other tickets on here, but I’ll try to find them and clean them up, and I’ll make sure I don’t do it anymore.
