    Do any of the options in the Admin panel work?
    I cant even change the Maximum size (%): size.
    when I change it and click save. it resets back to 120
    Same with all others

    where is the console of the browser?? I use chrome

    if you mean on the screen at the top, there are no msg.
    I change the settings. click Save Changes and the screen updates but the settings go back to what they were.

    [SOLVED – I did not read the red writing saying that the options on the free version are not available – need to purchase the Pro version]

    Hi @wdsupport

    I am having the same issue where the options page does not update on save. When I select an option such as custom size or change anything, I then click save and it reverts back to the default settings.

    I deactivated all plugins and switched to twenty17 theme and still no joy.

    The server is running PHP7.2 and it is running latest version of WP 4.9.8 and all plugins are upto date.

    Any further ideas would be much appreciated.
