    Hello Seyi,

    The Plugin is working . Thanks so much for your selfless and invaluable contribution.

    I am using the plugin on my site (with GlobalPay Demo installation) but after successful payment on GlobalPAY,the Return Url gives the “Thank you. Your Order has been received” message without giving out the Order details.

    But the “Thank you” message and the order details are displayed when I select another payment option like “Cash On Delivery”

    Note:
    I am using the woocommerce order received url as my return url (i.e mytibbles.com/checkout/order-received/)

    Please, where exactly is the problem coming from?

    Hello Mr/Ms Igbere,
    Thanks for the kind words.

    From your post it seems you are using the wrong return URL. Your return URL should be like so YOURSITE.COM/globalpay-transaction-response

    Additionally, you need to make sure you set up your site as described in the installation page of the plugin at https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woocommerce-globalpay/installation/

    Give the steps a try.

    Thank you so much. The return URL is okay now. I just followed your instruction and it worked. Thank you.

    One more thing –
    1. The confirmation of online payment receipt sent to customer’s email after payment has the following fields –
    Trans. ID:
    Trans. Date:
    names:
    amount:
    currency:
    email_address:
    phone_number:
    merch_txnref:
    Payment Mode:
    Any advice on how to modify the payment receipt to display the following fields-
    Names
    Amount to be Paid
    Amount Actually paid
    Currency
    Channel
    Payment Status
    Payment Status Description
    Transaction Status
    Transaction Status Description
    Merchant Transaction Reference Number
    Email address
    Phone number

    Again I suddenly observe that as at today, both the customer and the merchant no longer receive online confirmation payment in the email from [email protected] . Please any suggestion on what must have gone wrong?

    Hello Mr Igbere,
    Sorry for just replying after so long. I have not been receiving email alert for this.

    The template you are referring to is sent by WooCommerce and not the GlobalPay plugin. Consult the Woocommerce documentation to make the changes you desire.

    Not receiving emails seem to be a problem from GlobalPay’s end. Please contact them to resolve it.

    Hello Mr Elijah,
    You can edit the email template of the plugin by editing the send_mail_successful_payment() function on line 682 of woocommerce-globalpay.php

    However, I shall release an updated version of the plugin in the coming weeks with some further improvements.
