No orders on woocommerce backend

  • Hi
    In a client eshop, with WordPress, WooCommerce, Google Tag Manager for WordPress. While in analytics conversions ecommerce displays an order, in the backend, WooCommerce orders, there is nothing. Why?

    or provide any test product with the 100% discount

    Hi,

    I placed a test order on your site.
    Order #16915 seems to be transmitted to your Google Analytics property.
    Could you check it?

    You also seems to be using Google Analytics 4 on your site. You need to know that this version is not supported yet but it is already in alpha testing thus it should be available soon.

    Thank four your support. I see the order, its ok. Maybe your idea about g4 is right. I have disable g4 tag and some others tags to see if this is the issue.
    So now we have to wait to see what happen. I will post the results.
