No orders show up – only header info

Thanks for getting in touch,
Make an order from the fromtend and then check the particular sheet tab based on the order status,
If your order is in processing status then entry will be shown in processing tab,
If your order is in pending status then entry will be shown in pending sheet tab and so on..

more features like sync past orders and many more available in the pro version of the plugin

? This syncs automatically?
? I’m using a addons plugin called ‘WooCommerce Product Add-Ons Ultimate’ that has several fields we want info for. Also do not want pricing etc fields added. Is this possible with Pro version?

Hi @granatdesign,

1) As the orders are placed by the users the data will be saved to the Sheet as per Order Status Tabs created. If any of the orders are missed to be saved, we provide a sync functionality to manually sync the orders.

2) Every plugin have different way of saving data to the database. We have mostly made the plugin compatible with the well known plugins but if it is not then you can surely let us know to make it compatible.

Also for the fields that are not required for you to be saved to the Sheet we have provided settings in our pro version to select and unselect the fields and also for those fields you can provide custom header name if required.
