    I’ve had 3 customers already who reported that they weren’t prompted to enter an OTP after choosing the credit card payment, the order was confirmed but upon checking in PayMongo Dashboard, it says Failed because The card issuer cannot be reached, please try again later.

    Is this a known issue? I’ve double checked that the keys are correctly setup.

    Please advise.

    Hi @rocystore, yes this was a known issue on PayMongo’s end. You’re not the only merchant who experienced it. It has something to do about additional restrictions imposed by their acquiring partner. Based on our coordination with them, it has already been resolved at this point. However, if you need to confirm if these payments have and/or would be reversed, you will have to directly coordinate with PayMongo support.
