No page refresh after login

  • The form is showing, but after I enter my username/password and submit the form. The form goes away and a message in the modal window says “Login”. When I close the modal window, nothing happens. But if I refresh the page, then I’m logged in. How do you setup the automatic page refresh after submitting the login form?

    Sounds like a JavaScript error or something is preventing it from working. Do you know how to check for JS errors? If you have a link to your site, that might help as well.

    Thanks for your reply. I’m not very good at checking JS errors. If you can take a look, that would be very helpful. Here is a link to a page on our dev site: https://cp.sites.entersubtext.com/products/amber/

    If you click on either Login link in the small box on the right of the page, the login modal window will appear. The other thing I can’t figure out is why the styles aren’t being applied. If you can help with these issues, that would be great.

    I too am having the same issue with our site. Have you found a solution to this issue? We’ve discovered that whatever page you login from is the page that fails to show that you’re logged in until you click refresh. However, if you login from one page and then go to another page it will show that you’re logged in on the 2nd page (and all other pages, just not the page that you logged in from). This is causing confusion with our customers and we’d like to get it resolved quickly. Please get back to me. Thanks!
