No Paragraph/Line Breaks in [su_post] Shortcode (Post Content)

Thank you for the great plugin.
The one issue I’m having is when inserting the “Post” shortcode:
[su_post field=”post_content” post_id=”58″]
It properly pulls in the content from post #58, but there are no line breaks or paragraph breaks. Lists (ul and li) render okay too… it’s just a problem with paragraphs. They’re showing as just continuous blocks of text.
I have gone into the settings and turned OFF Custom Formatting, but still no luck. The only way I got it to work was to use some code in my functions.php file which globally prevented WP from removing <p> tags… but that had adverse effects a lot of other places on my site so that wasn’t a great solution. This post shortcode is the only place I’m having this issue. Any help would be great.
