No Password When Registering

First time trying Theme My Login.

Setup:
Server 2019 with IIS10, WP 6.0, PHP 8, MariadB 10
Using with plugins, Easy WP SMTP 1.47, New User Approve 2.41, and Theme My Login 7.15

With Theme My Login and New User Approve active and when allowing users to set their own password in TML, registration page goes blank, however, e-mail is sent asking for approval. Once user is approved by Admin the user cannot login until manually creating a password. This behavior is due to New User Approve not allowing a password to be created until the user is approved. Any way you can think of to make this work?
