No Payment Methods Available

    I have installed the free eway payment gateway plugin, activated it in the woocommerce payment settings, added sandbox api key, password and client side encryption key. When going to the checkout I receive a message “No payment methods available”

    WordPress 6.5

    PHP 8.2

    enabling logging in the plugin does not give any logs

    no php errors in server error log

    Any help would be appreciated

    G’day @jasonm530,

    Have you enabled the payment method? You can do that either in the list of payment methods, or on the settings page for Eway payments.

    If you have, have you enabled Sandbox mode? It won’t be available for payments if you haven’t set the live API details and Sandbox mode is not enabled.

    Yes I have enabled the payment method in the woocommerce settings

    I have entered the sandbox api details and enabled sandbox

    I have not entered live api details

    In order to make sure it’s not my theme or other plugins I have setup a new wordpress installation on the same server and installed only woocommerce and your eway plugin at https://wptest.statuscomputers.com.au I am getting the same problem and still nothing being written to the log even with logging set to all messages

    The problem is that this plugin doesn’t currently support the new WooCommerce checkout block, only the old shortcode. I was hoping to add that support this week but every day brings more tasks that are urgent, so the earliest I’ll be able to do that is sometime next week. I’ll update this ticket once that has been done.
