No payment methods available

  • I’ve tried using both the WooCommerce PayPal plugins and even enabling check/cash etc and whenever I try to check out a subscription I get no payment methods available. When I edit the checkout page I see the PayPal widgets but nothing on the real screen.

  • Hi there. I have been directed here by YITH as I’m having exactly the same problem, but as I’m trialling the free version they cannot help me directly.

    As you say above, with the plugin activated, all payment options are removed. Deactivate the plugin and they all appear again. So it’s obviously the plugin that’s the issue.

    I did learn that this issue is addressed in release 4.2.0 but I cannot see a way of upgrading, the version on WP and on YITH’s website is 4.1.2.

    But, unless I know it works, I’m not going to subscribe to the premium version!

    So, here I am, in this developers forum as directed by YITH to see if there is any help here.

    Hi @sclock12, with this free version of the plugin it works like this and in the checkout the payment methods not compatible with renewals are removed.
