I am running the latest version of WP 6.5.3 and WP NMI Gateway PCI for WooCommerce version 1.1.7, on a Godaddy hosting account, and I receive this message upon getting to the checkout:

    PAYMENT OPTIONS

There are no payment methods available. This may be an error on our side. Please contact us if you need any help placing your order.

I have done all the preliminary troubleshooting: Disabling all plugins except those 2, Reinstalling WP 6.5.3, Deleting and reinstalling Woocommerce. Deleting and reinstalling NMI Plugin. Checked error logs, nothing pertaining to this, and no reference errors in developers console.

NMI is configured properly, NOT in Test Mode (Though the issue happens regardless)
If I select any of the default payment methods (ie. COD, Bank Transfer, etc…) Those come through properly.

I have this exact version of WordPress, Woocommerce and NMI plugin running on a hosting account with HostGator and everything works perfectly. Reference URL: https://financialsolutionsgroupllc.biz/shop/ then proceed to checkout. and you will see I have the NMI plugin working (called Process with Cliq).

I have resolved the issue. What I had to do, was go into the checkout page itself, click on the payment area “block” and select to switch to the classic checkout page. The newer “blocked” checkout page does not support the NMI extension.

Hey there, @billibones! Thanks for contacting us.

I’m glad you were able to solve the issue.

Thank you for sharing the solution here and contributing to the WooCommerce Community. This might help other users in the future.

Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do to help or if you have any questions.

    Have a wonderful day!

Thank you so much! I installed a new Woocommerce store and i thought it was the HPOS. I switched to legacy and then did what you replied with above. It worked. again thank you for posting the solution.

    Hi @deadhead5573,

Thanks for confirming that this workaround also worked for you! This may help other merchants facing the same situation. (And thanks again, @billibones, for sharing the workaround in the first place!).

In the meantime, it’d be great to reach out to the WP NMI Gateway PCI support team here to see if they can update their plugin to work with the checkout block as well (or at least make a notice in the plugin page or settings about this! ??)

    Cheers!
