• Hello,

I have installed and configured the plugin following the provided instructions. I have correctly entered the API keys and completed all the necessary steps. However, no payment methods are appearing in either the backend (WooCommerce > Settings > Payments) or the frontend of my store.

I have verified that my PostFinance Checkout account is active and properly connected.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

    Thank you in advance.

  • Same issue here after updating from version 3.0.7 installed to 3.1.1. Had to do a restore to 3.0.7
My System: WP 6.1.1, WC 9.2.3 (I know, 3.0.7 isn’t tested for this versions).

    Thank you for the workaround!

Could you please let me know where I can download version 3.0.7? Also, are you experiencing any issues with this version, given that it hasn’t been tested for WP 6.1.1 and WooCommerce 9.2.3?

hi @albertodg96 @diz99 we released a fix for it, it works ok on our end, do you think you could confirm ?

it dont work on many sites, i have documented and write directly with many peoples of your support how sascha kruesi. It dont work. Deactivate and activate, it give a fatal error. Sorry after 24 hours so many fails. Come on cant be that it work on your showcase!!!

hi @agenturwehrli even the latest version 3.1.2 that we released couple of hours ago?

@thibaultwallee Thank you for the heads-up! I just spoke with Stefan W from Postfinance and tested it with several shops. Version 3.1.2 works with the shops, and transactions were successful as well. I really appreciate your effort at 9 PM! I’m glad to see that you’re paying closer attention to these matters now. Many thanks again to the entire team at Postfinance and Wallee!

@albertodg96 Version 3.0.7 was in use for two month without problems (even with WP 6.1.1, WC 9.2.3 which is untested). However, after the update to 3.1.1 cause trouble I made a restore and not a downgrade. Maybe 3.1.1 would break some files which aren’t fixed when making a downgrade to 3.0.7.

@thibaultwallee maybe I’ll test 3.1.2 this weekend but I am not really keen to take the risk again…

@diz99 I ran into the same issues. We got a staging site with 3.0.7 which runs perfectly. However 3.1.0+ doesn’t work on our live site (gives a white page on checkout), and downgrading to 3.0.7 results in the payment methods not being visible in the admin.

If I disable Germanized it fixes the issue with 3.1.0+, however this plugin has not been updated. So ideally 3.1.0+ works with Germanized again, or 3.0.7 shows the payment methods in the admin.

Just installed 3.1.3 and, suprise, my site got an critical error. I did a restore again and will stick with 3.0.7 until I get enough positiv feedback of a new version. I will also, once again, complain to Postfinance and ask you to do the same.
