No payment option for tickets

  • Hi there,

    I am having an issue with Tickera payment options.
    I have been able to create the event, the ticket and it will allow a ticket to be added to a cart and take you through to show the billing amount. However no option to actually make the payment.

    Any advice would be very gratefully received!

    Hi Eilish,

    Please check if one of the payment gateways is turned on (Tickera > Settings > Payment Gateways). Let me know if this was the cause of the issue.
