No Payment option for your state

    Using woocommerce payments. When a user tries to place a pre-order for an ebook that is on pre-order they get the error about there being no available payment methods for their state.

    I’ve done several other pre-orders for ebooks and have had no issues. Pre-orders for physical books also work just fine.

    Is the WooCommerce Payments plugin properly set up as mentioned in the documentation below:
    https://woocommerce.com/document/payments/#section-3

    Can you tell me how is the pre-order process on your site? E.g. Go to e-book section, select X product, add to cart, etc?

    Are you using a plugin for the pre-orders? To clarify please share a copy of your site’s System Status, you can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?

    Payments is set up and works. Have received payments as recently as today.

    I use Woocommerce Pre-orders for the pre-order functionality.

    Flow wise yeah. It’s go to /shop browse books-ebooks. place book in cart (book that is pre-order) then hit check out. Books not on pre-order that are ebooks, process just fine.

    You can enable COD, Cash on Delivery method under WooCommerce > Settings > Payments then check if it is visible at checkout page? If so, then is possible there’s an issue with the WooCommerce Payments method.
