No Payment options after checkout

  • I installed the plugin and configured the settings exactly as the Ecommerce team at MCB advised, but after checkout neither the lightbox or the payment page comes up. I just see the message of my order and “Loading payment method, please wait. This may take up to 30 seconds.”

    The Ecommerce team said it may be a plugin conflict, so I deactivated all plugins that are not essential and tested and got the same issue.

    Please advise

    Any news?

    Note: I had to deactivate this payment method on the site as the site is live and I do not want users to experience this issue.

    WP and all plugins are up to date
